Cancellations and Makeup Lessons
Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't allow me to accommodate last-minute changes. Time that a student has reserved and then cancelled is time I can't offer to another student, so missed or cancelled lessons cannot be refunded. Students may schedule makeup lessons in the event of illness, emergency, or with two weeks advance notice.
Please download, complete, and email this the new student questionnaire before your first lesson. This helps to ensure the best experience for each new student.
